PromptSqueeze provides digital downloadable software assets (.ZIP files containing PHP scripts or WordPress plugins). Because source code is delivered immediately upon license redemption, all sales and redemptions are final.
If you were accidentally charged twice for a single order due to a technical error during checkout, please contact us within 7 days at support@omniorigin.in with your transaction details. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you purchased a redemption code via AppSumo or an authorized third-party partner, refund requests must be managed directly through that partner's platform in accordance with their terms prior to code redemption on our server.
