1. Digital Delivery Method & Shipping Charges

Because PromptSqueeze provides downloadable source code assets (.ZIP packages, standalone PHP scripts, and WordPress plugins), all orders are delivered purely electronically. Shipping and handling charges are strictly $0.00 worldwide.

2. Delivery Timelines

Upon successful payment confirmation via Razorpay or authorized payment gateways, you will receive immediate access to your purchased software tier:

• Instant Download Links: Displayed immediately on the checkout confirmation screen.
• Email Confirmation: A download link and receipt are sent automatically to your registered email address within 5 minutes of checkout.

3. Delivery Support & Missing Downloads

If you do not receive your email download link within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your email spam/junk folder. If you still encounter issues, contact our technical team immediately at support@omniorigin.in with your transaction ID, and we will manually re-issue your license package.

4. Product Exchanges & License Tier Upgrades

Physical exchanges do not apply to non-tangible software licenses. However, if you wish to upgrade your tier (e.g., from PromptSqueeze Basic to Pro Suite), you can submit an upgrade request to support@omniorigin.in by paying the price difference.
